This was the year of the first child stepping across that great divide into the over-21 crowd. Yikes! Where did all that time go? Seems like yesterday Stacy and I were living in Purdue Married Student Housing, where a toddler named Cori patrolled all 900 square feet of student living space.

Best laid plans…for carding people… This past month has been quite busy, so I didn’t work in Christmas card production for on-time delivery. It was not a postal snafu! So, please permit me to overcompensate a little here!

If you’re reading this blog, you may have been directed to it by the Christmas card you received that also contained our family picture (8″x10″ version here if you got here by non-snailmail means).

The family picture, also the header above, was taken while visiting Cori and taking her out to eat and drink her first “legal drinks” at Nine Irish Brothers pub in W. Lafayette. SO, what better place for a mostly Irish Catholic family to buy six 9 Bro t-shirts, snap the group picture, and send it to you?!

AND, if there was no Christmas letter with the picture, what could be better than a few “home movies” in a WordPress video blog? (My friend Kristin should know that she inspired this blog when she gave me grief for NOT sending a letter last year!)
